New York Sun, Mexican publisher
tap WoodWing for edit software

A number of newspapers including The New York Sun recently implemented WoodWing Software’s Smart Connection Enterprise editorial software to bolster content management and workflow and facilitate publishing to both print and online editions.

Alternative Canadian weekly Now Toronto also tapped WoodWing. Like most publishers today, Now Toronto was looking for a blended media approach. The app’s dossiers feature sealed the deal for Now Toronto, according to Rudi Garcia, the paper’s publishing technology specialist. Dossiers allow Enterprise users to bundle related items for a single story — text, photos, graphics, audio files and video files.
