Gannett Co. Inc. agreed to sell the Norwich (Conn.) Bulletin, the Rockford (Ill.) Register Star, the Observer-Dispatch in Utica, N.Y., and The Herald-Dispatch in Huntington, W.Va., to GateHouse Media Inc. for $410 million. The sale is subject to regulatory review and was expected to close in April.
