ProPublish in June announced its partnership with WoodWing Software as a reseller of the company’s Smart Connection Enterprise editorial application, which works with Adobe InDesign and InCopy.

ProPublish of Hamburg, Germany, handles integration, sales, service and support for Smart Connection Enterprise.  

SCE lets users search for specific files, keywords or metadata.

Meantime, WoodWing announced last month that its SCE app now integrates with Microsoft Word and Excel for those using it on the Windows platform. WoodWing said this integration will benefit publishers that employ external writers who produce their articles in Word, while the Excel integration will allow users to sort spreadsheets directly in the SCE database.
