Crews constructing the Rockford (Ill.) Register Star’s new production facility finished up basement grade beams, with only the elevator pit detailing remaining. Sub-zero temperatures forced a temporary halt in mid-January, but the $30 million project, anchored by a Koenig & Bauer AG Colora press, remains on schedule.
