Pressehaus Stuttgart Druck in Germany is putting on the finishing touches of its newspaper production plant built around a KBA Commander press. The KBA Patras A automated paper transport system, shown above, is being used in conjunction with an automated reel logistics system with high-bay reel store. The publisher recently installed two 13-ton storage and retrieval vehicles to feed the press. The vehicles will be operational in May, KBA said.
